At Diamond Life, every item is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Sizing Issues
Because all products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizes selected during checkout.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
